Return Conditions

How to proceed with the return:

To start the return procedure, access the form at the bottom of the page on our home page. Indicate the order number, item code, description and briefly the reasons for the return in the appropriate fields.
There are two ways to return the item: book the collection directly at your home through the Adversa customer service, printing the return document and the label that you will place on the package, or proceed independently with the shipment to any post office or courier. We remind you that in both cases the shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the customer decides to return the item for a size change, shipping and collection costs are free. It is important to insert the item intact in its original packaging, including any boxes, dust bags or Adversa cases.

For home collection, please package the item, ensuring that any original branded boxes, dust bags or sleeves are included in the package. If your order was delivered in two or more separate boxes, you will receive separate labels and the items should be returned accordingly.

Outside the EU (UK, Norway and Switzerland): Print and sign the 3 return address notes (1 label inside the box and 2 to give to the courier) attach the postal label and leave the parcel(s) open for the courier to inspect.

If necessary, give the return note to the courier. Make sure to start the process through our website.

Reimbursement

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it can take up to 15 business days for your refund to be processed. Our quality control team will then assess the items and, if they meet our return policies, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding any shipping costs, if applicable). Refunds can take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive notifications as each step is completed.
